Move finished purlins from the roll former into the stack with the RX-APRS Series automatic purlin stacker. Photo-eye-triggered magnetic arms handle Cee, Zee, U, and Eave profiles, while motor-driven arm movement coordinates with the roll former PLC. Available in 20-foot and 40-foot configurations, the RX-APRS includes a powered rolling conveyor for moving finished stacks along the discharge side of the line.
The RX-APRS takes over the stacking step at the exit of your purlin line. Magnetic stacker arms handle finished Cee, Zee, U, and Eave profiles, reducing the manual handling involved in moving each cut piece into the stack.
A photo eye triggers the magnetic stacker arms. Dedicated motors drive movement along the Y and Z axes, and the controls link to the roll former PLC to coordinate stacking with the line.
A powered rolling conveyor moves finished stacks parallel to the machine. The conveyor uses a 2.7 HP (2 kW) motor to move stacked material along the discharge path.
